BulkCut Lens AI provides AI-powered fitness body visualization tools intended for informational and motivational purposes only.
BulkCut Lens AI does not provide medical, health, or fitness advice. All results, visualizations, and estimates generated by the App are not medical diagnoses and should not be relied upon as such.
Always consult a qualified professional before beginning any fitness or health program.
You retain ownership of any images or content you upload to the App. By using the App, you grant BulkCut Lens AI a limited, non-exclusive, temporary license to process your content solely to provide the App’s features.
We do not claim ownership of your content.
All content, features, designs, trademarks, and software associated with BulkCut Lens AI are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the App.
Some features of the App may require a subscription or in-app purchase. Payments are processed through Apple’s App Store and are subject to Apple’s terms and policies.
Subscription management and cancellations must be handled through your Apple ID settings.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BulkCut Lens AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles.
